As a Recruiter Intern at VA HR Management, you will play a crucial role in the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and connecting top talent with job opportunities. The Work You’ll Do
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Support employer branding and outreach initiatives.
