Work Introduction

As a Recruiter Intern at VA HR Management, you will play a crucial role in the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and connecting top talent with job opportunities. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, and HR processes, helping you build a strong foundation in talent acquisition.

The Work You’ll Do

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database.
• Support employer branding and outreach initiatives.
